The online math camp from GIOS

This year seemed chaotic, but we think the next school year will be more intense. Children who have missed classes may even forget what they learned. Gaps accumulate like a snowball if a child is not engaged. As a result, children receive poor grades and might struggle to score enough on tests and exams. Considering the possible risks, the task for students is to catch up with their class and solidify their knowledge.

What do we offer?

The answer is simple: engage, revise, and teach. An effective way to solve the problem of knowledge gaps is through intensive summer courses, where children spend their time usefully, immersed in the world of mathematics with engaging activities and the masters of online interactive learning.

Summer is an excellent chance to improve one’s knowledge easily and quickly. Spend these holidays with benefits! We invite school children from Canada in grades 4 to 8 to join a two-week-long interactive math summer online camp!

Camp features:

group work (3-6 children);
the camp is taught online by live math educators from world-renowned universities;
2-hour daily sessions;
individual approach;
regular progress report for parents;
optional daily assignments.

What do parents get?

GIOS online camp helps students learn math and:

How are classes at the camp taught?

Each lesson is held in a mini-group of 3-6 students and lasts two hours with a break. Groups are formed according to the level of knowledge of students. Teachers develop an adaptive learning strategy for each group based on the needs of each student.

In addition to learning, there are math games and logical thinking tasks. Every day a student has lots of fun with great memories and gains new knowledge in mathematics.

Also, all camp participants receive full one-year access to the interactive GIOS platform.

Each teacher is open to communication and will give feedback on your child’s progress every two days. At the end of the camp, you will receive a report with recommendations for further study in mathematics.
